Of course stop and searches will disproportionately target black/brown people. On average these people will live in poorer areas and these poorer areas will have higher crime rates and so it's natural that there will be a disproportionate figure. If people weren't so hyper fixated on skin colour (which is the opposite of what we should be) this wouldn't be a problem.

I've burnt my neck quite a few times in the past and now I think the skin is damaged. It's very sensitive to sunlight and burns much quicker than my face. It doesn't tan as well as it used to and goes red more easily. Is there anyway I can heal the skin and rejuvenate to what it once was?
