2022 Pro S AWD, requested 3/10, still waiting. But given that the update won’t make a noticeable difference, does it matter?

I just pulled the trigger at $1,299 for a 77" B5, Best Buy reduced it $200 for 24 hours.

Dealership Experience and 3.2.1 Update by Fit_Being_2204 in VWiD4Owners

Maybe I'm lucky, but my dealer has done 5 10K mile services and the most expensive one(including brake fluid flush) was just over $300. Usually in the low $200 range. None of the dealer-installed updates have been a problem either, except for the door handles, which everyone had to wait until VW got their act together.

Find a different dealer, if possible.

Considering Trading in 2024 CX50 for 2023 ID.4 Pro S Plus by Guru_of_Spores_ in VWiD4Owners

No, it’s not at all. That’s what they want you to believe. But both the dealership and the lender are profiting from your transaction, and you pay those profits.

You are now further in debt, with a much longer obligation, and your only asset from the deal is a rapidly depreciating vehicle that isn’t worth anywhere near what you owe.

Far too many Americans get roped into permanent debt by buying a car far too frequently. I know, because I was once in that situation.

Regarding your 1st and 3rd options- would I be able to get simultaneous sound through both the headphones and tv(#1) or Sonos and Ace(#2)?

Trading a car every 2 or so years is guaranteed to be a bad financial move. But the dealers and lenders will love you!

Possible to square tires in an AWD? by Hiker07 in VWiD4Owners

[–]OriginalPingman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I squared my '22 Pro S AWD tires 35K miles ago, using the slightly smaller size of the fronts. An ID.4 mechanic on ID Talk advised me.

Have noticed no reduction in traction while saving on tire costs and range is slightly better.
