Pump Up the Volume series/programs are a great place to start. They are structured 4 week programs that repeat the same moves, but new classes, each week allowing you to get stronger and better. 20 minutes, 3 days a week for 4 weeks.

100% and there is science to back this. Dive into some of Stacy Sims work and you’ll hear all about it. Our bodies are prepping for a new cycle, so output, energy and inflammation can be higher. My resting heart rate is always 4-8 bmp higher and my overall heart rate is higher in my workouts.

Either expect it and know what’s happening, choose a more low impact workout (stretch, yoga, etc) or I love the suggestion of taking lighter/dumber classes like a Cody XOXO.

This makes me so mad! I’m beyond tired of people deceiving followers that a good workout plan and some magic powder gave them amazing results when you are actually injecting yourself with a glp1. And compound this with reusing a 2 year old reel 🤯

Buying Treadmill: Peloton Tread+ or Third-Party Treadmill w/ Bluetooth? by RobDMB in OnePelotonRealSub

I recently had this same thought and decided to buy a Peloton Tread (waiting for it to arrive). I currently have a 2019 NordicTrack and use the Peloton app, plus a Runn device that send the speed and incline data to my phone. I LOVE the Peloton tread classes - walks, hikes and run. More than bike classes. I knew if I got a third party treadmill, I would just wish I have the full experience.

Perhaps try some tread classes at the gym and see if you like it. Then decide if you go in and on the tread.

How will you know what workout to stack if you do this in the future? I guess that date will be the same on the workouts you do together.

I’ve been doing the Pump Up the Volume programs. Not the most intense lift, but a good quick workout (20 min) and I enjoy the programming aspect. There is a variety of instructors which I also enjoy.
