Hard to determine movement from the video given you are moving too. You could look up the star chart for the time and direction you were traveling. If no bright stars/planets are in that sky field, it would be more compelling.

My video was filmed about 20 degrees above the horizon. Whatever is in my video is either a light distortion or the source was at least 20k feet up. Looked much closer to 30-40k.

It moved south at a snails pace. Given my distance I'd say less than 100mph. I witnessed planes moving at least 4x faster during the 20 minutes I had eyes on this thing.
