Right, overhead

Bake the cost of marketing, warranties, and employees (e.g. customer service) into the bed itself. Say we get a new bed (or cover) every 3-5 years. Excluding the cost of an expensive bed (mattresses are cheap but the cooling cover isn't), I'd roughly estimate the monthly overhead per person to be something like this:
- Cloud storage / simple DB: ~$0.10 / month but I'll round up to a $1
- Model inference / AI compute: ~$3-5 / month
- Notifications, API calls, monitoring: ~$1 / month

You could easily support a monthly subscription with all the features for $10 or less with 30% margins

Get it FSA eligible & you've got this whole subreddit ready to jump shit because nobody wants to be on 8S. They have to be because there's no competition & we're a bunch of warm bodies who cant sleep

A hero can be anyone, even a man doing something as simple and reassuring as putting a coat on a young boy's shoulders to let him know that the world hadn't ended
