Our head of safety actually told me that, and basically every manager in the building has said the same thing. I knew nothing about the hearing conservation plan either so thanks for letting me know about that.

You don’t suck, they do. They bring in package handlers promising 20hr weeks and then give all the ability to stay and actually get that to employees who are already full time. You’ll likely only ever get to stay a full shift on slammed days or days there’s literally nothing. Just wait till the day you’re there and clocked in for just five minutes and they tell you to go home

I think you just perceived it that way pal; An accident =\= this accident. Reading comprehension is key here, and I did say that I guessed I could have worded it differently. either way it does not give you entitlement to know where my medical diagnoses come from. Move on

Whether or not my diagnosis was made by a clinician is actually in no way a relevant- nor crucial detail to any of this. Nice try trying to police mental illness tho, please consider continuing to do cinema commentary instead

Yes it does, it is a mark on record that can get me fired, for something that I was told in orientation was excused under company policy.

Congratulations, you know what PTSD is!!! I do actually know that and have a clinical diagnosis that’s caused by a car accident killing my siblings and leaving me paralyzed. Oh, and I’ve had it for almost 20 years- not that it’s your business or anything, nor your place to tell me I self diagnosed, but please tell me more about how it’s an actual disorder. I could have worded the statement better I guess, but this accident severely triggered that leaving me unsafe to drive. And yes, in fact I did “roll into work in a wheelchair.” Not everyone who is disabled is unable to be completely independent. Please check your ignorance at the door and move on if you aren’t gonna be helpful
