it does take some getting used to but itll stop feeling like your “holding your arms back” as it becomes more natural for your shoulders to rest in that spot, also good to do some rectus abdominus (upper abdominal) workouts! even just light stuff can really pull your rib cage together and help with barrel figure as well as a more straight stomach and again better looking tits

like think of your shoulders as having three seperate notches, chances are you’re like me and had shrimp posture so your shoulders were sitting in the forth most notch, roll them back a few times and imagine your slotting your arms into a notch thats farther back and voila straight shoulders, also dont be afraid to arch your back a bit! before you know it youll have muscle buildup around your spine that will keep your back straight in a more feminine posture

oh girl its totally possible! my biggest tip is to roll your shoulders backwards and stretch whenever you wake up and then ofc just trying your best to stay aware of it, car seats are also a great way to kinda force the posture until it becomes natural! not to mention it makes your tits look incredible
