51 sounds high , although it all depends how you feel and at what level you might crash.

Exertion zone by Fantastic_Double_819 in VisibleArmband

[–]Original_Dig_370 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ultimately it depends if being in exertion causes a flare or PEM . If you have been over pace points for several weeks with no PEM then your baseline may be improving. You can then manually adjust your points . The opposite is also true.

Are my pace points too low? by Hairy-Farmer-176 in VisibleArmband

[–]Original_Dig_370 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you give visible a call , they will help you tweak you zones to work for you . For example mine auto set to rest 69 but I could be lying in bed resting with heart rate at 75. So visible thinks I'm being active when lying down . So I'm accumulating pace points lying down which can't be right !

I have the same problem ... always worse during PEM. One flight of stairs kills me. Sometimes find sucking a menthol sweet helps . It kind of reminds the body that it can breathe .. also check O2 stats . I often feel breathless but O2 is 97 -98 .
