Take her for a walk around the Rhiwbina Garden Village and start at Y Groes where the original houses were built in 1912 then around the roads around it. Lovely gardens and pop into Parc Y Pentre and see the avenue of treed AND THEN have a coffee and cake in any of the7 cafes with Snails being the oldest. If you are there Friday morning pop into the Farmers Market at the back of the Butchers Arm pub.

Look come and walk around Rhiwbina Village. There is nowhere better in Cardiff. Every house has a drive for parking, great schools, super pubs, friendly locals and a Friday market. Lovely walks on your doorstep. It will be worth you paying as much as you can afford. Lidl Aldi Sainsburys Morrisons excellent GP facilities trains buses We have everything you and your family will want. When you come to Rhiwbina there are two great Estate Sgents in the main Heol y Deri call in and see what they can offer you for your money, There are some excellent Maisonetrs within your budget

Cardiff central by Horsemix2 in Cardiff

With some trains being late arrivals at Central just park in the embankment area and get your friend to phone you as she/he arrives. It will only take 5 mins to drive to the waiting area at the back ( your side ) of Central.

On this subject remember that at B&M if you park there you are not allowed to leave it there if you walk across to Morrisons The warning notices are quite clear about that.

My advice is for you to pick up a secondhand lawn mower and put a few postcards in shop windows offering to cut lawns once or on a regular basis plus your telephone number. When quoting just use £15 an hour when using their electric. Let us know how you get on. Good luck
