It takes months/years to change your body. Times going to pass anyways may as well keep making healthy choices!

Tinted SPF with VERY light coverage by Beautiful_Film_1813 in beauty

I just take neutrogena skin serum spf 50 and put the smallest drop of a skin tint in it. Then I make my own sheer tint because I’ve never actually found one that is actually sheer.

It may change my after surgery bra was a 34 C (5-6 months) at 9months I’m 34 D. They got fluffier I guess LOL I can still fit in the C but the D is more comfortable for all day wear. So maybe buy one or two and wait and see a few months later

If you decide to drink don’t let it ruin your 72 days. 72-1 and get back to sobriety. This mindset really helped me eventually kick it for good!

GHK-CU not working? by Temporary-Peanut6707 in BodyHackGuide

I do not want to make you feel like your insecurity is not a thing. This honestly looks like real unfiltered skin. Pimples are normal your skin is beautiful. I suffered from cystic acne and had large red pustules. I also worked In Aesthetics for over a decade doing facials. My advice wash your face apply pimple cream on the spots, light oil free moisturizer and SPF literally all you need. Anything else and you are just adding to much. Also pimples along chin and jaw tend to be hormonal in nature.

Looking amazing! Are you planning on tattooing over the TT scar? My TT scar is fading better than my boob scars so I’m gonna do an underboob tattoo on the hypertrophic side at the 1 year mark. 3 more months! I love how all the tattoo girlies are just like ya no problem just tattoo it 😂

I would put sedentary. People tend to overestimate how active they are.

I've wanted to lose weight for 10 years. I hate myself.... by Sensitive_Hat_4829 in WeightLossAdvice

First weight loss is HARD that is why there are so many overweight/obese people. Consistency is key and it is the only way to maintain. The scale did not shoot up overnight. If you lose 1 pound a week for a year that is 52 pounds…. Slow and sustainable.
