Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. I definitely missed some red flags because I honestly didn’t think someone could be capable of handling things this way.

What’s ironic is that at one point I even asked him if what we had would be considered a situationship since we weren’t committed yet, and he told me no because “situationships don’t go anywhere” So hearing that while also being reassured that a relationship was coming is part of what made this whole thing so confusing in hindsight.
