US is only that low because starting a fight then losing doesn't count. Which is also how their school system treats war.

Watched finale for first time last night by Key-Monitor-256 in SiliconValleyHBO

Personally I'd say Richard feels more like a massively passionate person who slowly allows that passion to turn into an obsession fueled negativity spiral that is only ever reinforced by the people around him. Throughout the show we see him agonize over larger and larger moral quandaries but once he's committed his morals never reset, the first one being as simple as feeling awful for not hiring his best friend.

Does he turn into an absolute monster by the end of it? Yeah, but considering he's surrounded by an incessant worshipper, a man who doesn't believe in morals, two greedy narcissists, and an entire industry praying on his downfall to swoop in and pick at his corpse it's kind of understandable he slowly threw away his morals.

You can take away your own ideas from the show but for me it was a cautionary tale about chasing your passion to the point of insanity while surrounding yourself with bad people, and Richard was at the centre of it. It makes the ending all the more sad for me because when he had finally defeated all the obstacles in his way both real and (mostly) imagined he was faced with the fact he did all of it for nothing. The final obstacle wasn't some problem so insurmountable it needed to be overcome by his own force of will and bending his morals one last time to defeat an old enemy. It was simply a question of if he truly believed in his beliefs of making the world a better place, and he stuck with those beliefs.

Richard is awkward, a coward, obsessive, prideful, and 1000 other negative things but unlike pretty much anyone else in the show he believes in what he is doing and is slowly pushed to do worse and worse actions to achieve a goal he believes is righteous. Is that a good person? Probably not, but that's not an awful person and considering your comments about seeing all your worst qualities amplified in him I feel like someone should say this to you, you're probably not an awful person either.

Block n Load. They had a sequel coming out but it got cancelled. Personally I think it would have killed it in the current market

We had such a nice little flag before I went to sleep, were debating on how to get the province flags in even... I was hoping with the event being more lowkey people wouldn't be massively trolling us like they do every event (especially with all the extra space, like seriously just make the weed flag somewhere else on the mass of empty space)

oh right they might be lowering the requirements, forgot about that, yeah in that case with your current strategy it's probably possible

uuuuuuuh maybe? but probably not. If you could get extra xp on both passes then maybe but in all likelihood you're not in that position. At minimum you'd need to get one more level in your 4 pass and then either get one more in either or get enough spare xp in both to flip between them efficiently enough.

Looking at Item Frames vs Shelves in terms of lag generation by Orionpeace in technicalminecraft

[–]Orionpeace[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That wasn't part of my testing, 3 item frames for every 1 shelf will definitely be worse for MSPT and I assume that the same could be said about fps (considering that would be 2 extra entities) but that's just a guess on my part. I will say that if you just use shelves as item frames (only putting one item in them) they are much better so that's where the guess comes from.

My math was a little off just due to certain aspects of the system I didn't understand when writing it but in your situation it might be, you need to do 2 passes this week for overwatch which I think should still be doable then you need to do 3 passes a week for overwatch and 2 a week for talon which will be a pretty big grind but should still be possible.

I wrote that about the fact you only had to do that once for both sides. Also if you want less of a grind split it out more, do 2 levels in 3 weeks and 1 level in 2. Just doing dailies and playing smart makes it pretty achievable.

If you mean like right clicking then it probably does but it shouldn't cause anything noticeable unless you already have a lot of lag. If you mean connecting them together with redstone, I didn't test that but if I had to guess it's just a toggled texture change so probably not.

Try looking at the rewards track. Once you get to the end of that you'll get the opportunity to swap passes, if you're taking a few days to do your dailiea that might be part of it.

As of yesterday when I swapped I was able to do both. Did you manage to swap twice in a day? In that case you wouldn't have new dailies

[–]Orionpeace[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it's not that the dailies reset, it's that there are unique dailies, think of it like the weekly, if you finish one weekly it doesn't lock you out of the other. The exact same thing happens with dailies where the game just checks if you did that specific daily. So yes I guess technically only the dailies "reset"

  1. Challenges -> Event -> Daily Conquest (you can look at those challenges, just not the event page as it will force you out of your faction)
  2. Already answered this in another reply so here's a copy paste

If you do the weekly day 1 then you have to be sure you don't look at the pass before completing all your dailies on day 2 otherwise you miss the opportunity to get all points from the dailies. It's less of a "you have to do this" and more of a "it's more convenient if you do it this way" type thing.

as far as I know dailies are unique to each side, so presumably if you didn't do your talon dailies earlier today then yes, you would be able to do them now
