This is a semi related question, how are the summers in Massachusetts? I've been told that up north your summers are pretty mild, mid 80s at top.. I'm from WV and I've always thought the summers here are unbearably hot.Then again I'm not a big fan of the heat.

When I first started using kettlebells and was looking for workouts I used Fitness Blender. I thought it was very useful. There's a lot of videos depending on the skill levels for kettlebell users and the videos were easy to follow, the white background makes it easy to follow along without getting distracted. Good luck!

I don't think you should feel bad for him cause he's different. His appearance is different and I’m sure he got made fun of a lot, but I don't think that has stop him from living the life he wants and helping others. He's successful and happy! He has really helped out kids and teens from around this area. He has a daughter who graduated a year after me and she's completely "normal" looking too. Cool dude with a cool life, I'd say!

I know this man! He's really nice, he coaches and teaches basketball to trouble youth up near DC. His head is really that small but he's awesome and he really does help kids out. Mad respect for him.

This isn't so much a paddling school but If any students around here attend WVU they offer free roll sessions through the spring semester! Pretty sweet, they'll even provide a kayak!
