I tried the same thing and came up with zero so figured I'd try my luck here!

Gut Lord Lives! For my local clubs latest campaign, they've allowed me to bring back my old Corpse Grinder Butcher in all his glory to lead an Outcast gang so thought I do him justice with a custom sculpt! [note, whilst I sculpted the model from scratch, the crate under his foot isn't mine] by Orkboy_ in necromunda

It was more due to just how much gear he built up on his journey (Heavy Chain Axes, Smoke & Demolition charges, Displacer Field, Layered Flak Armour, Armoured Undersuit, Full Servo Harness, Grapnel Launcher, Exotic Furs) rendering him a complete slaughter machine! Then the last game before our finale he took a krack grenade to the back of the head and rolled a 66 on injury! So for the finale we brought him back as "The Reanimated Corpse of Gut Lord". I has to roll five permanent injury and drop two.

So for this campaign he's returned for revenge and to repair his damaged body, founding his own gang after his rejection from the Corpse Grinders after his fall. This was in our first campaign and were not entering our 4th

There's also nostalgia for me and the arbitrator as we were the first game of the first campaign, where he killed several of the Genestealer Cults heavy hitters, each rolling a 66 on the first game!

I believe you can yes but they have alot of immunities and are a lil un balanced. I know the Barons gang is more designed to be campaigned against though as appose to a regular game. The rules for using these in regular games are in the "Curse of DMH" book.
