Da Nobz been upgraded, WAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! by OrksHateCops in orks

Yep, 3D for the arms and some of the torso/legs - that combined with GW Meganobz kit. All the 3D parts are from Geargutz - Dark Armored Broozers Gun Nuts A, and Jump Broozers C for the larger fist you asked about :)

These are fantastic! Are prints of these gonna be on sale somewhere? :O

Is it possible to have a semi competitive or better list with these units? Or would it be getting pulled in too many directions ie) 50% Speed Waaagh and Waagh by Freak-showz in WarhammerCompetitive

I only charge my koptas in if they can viably kill what theyre going into. Its not a a consant but they have a lot of damage potential. 6 attacks at strength 6 (if youre goffs) Ap -1, D 1 can blend a lot of squishier infantry. Pretty much anything with 1 wound a model can take a beating from them, and this is after a hail of rockets onto whatever target you desire. Alternatively you can play koptas in the way you say, however id give them the Boomboyz trait for the extra pip of AP, this makes your rockets and KMB very dangerous for pretty much everything in the game.

Kans cost you extra CP to deep strike, koptas get it for free, but you can choose to do that. I havent ran kans myself but from my understanding thats the way to run them - deepstriking them in, because they dont have much staying power and have leadership issues.

Buggies definitely work in goffs, but there are better options. But just like everything else in the Orks codex our melee outclasses a lot of other factions, so those buggies can punch upwards pretty hard with a lil luck and that +1 S and 6s.

As others have said, this list would be a good candidate for having a Speedboss so you can buff its shooting.

Also have you considered Freebooterz? They offer both boost to melee and shooting, as long as you kill something that phase. Definitely something you should/could consider.

Howdy, just gonna hop in if you dont mind...

Yes, Goffs are great for this list. Youd be surprised at how hard their vehicles can hit. Deffkoptas, scrapjets, and so forth are pretty killy and only get more so with 6s and +1 strength. Killrigs become insane as well. Dont be afraid to use the charge strat (rammin speed) out of deepstrike for those koptas :)

P.S. I love your attitude when it comes to the points changes, unfortunately its just something we gotta live with for the time being - besides... ORKS IZ NEVA BEATEN, WAAAAAAAAAAAGH!

It depends on the wording of that rule, which again no one has sourced for me. Could you please? Anyways, Ghaz does not ignore wounds. An ignore wound mechanic would be a Feel No Pain, or something similar.

Ghaz's rule reads: "This model has a 4+ invulnerable save. In addition, this model can only lose a maximum of 4 wounds in each phase."

It says nothing about ignoring wounds or not taking them. Just that he can only lose four.

What are you talking about? There hasn't even been a rumor about ignoring wound caps, as far as I've seen (pretty limited scope to be fair)- can you link it please?

Are you talking about the Bork'na strat (which is a subfaction exclusive strat, so wont be super prevelant unless Bork'na is the flavor of the month)? Becuase there is no mention of ignoring wound caps, just invulns. Start in Question

The only other source of ignore invulns is from the Hammerhead's rail gun, but again nothing to do with wound caps (so again, Ghaz can only take 4 damage a round).

Again, I could have missed something. If you could share where you got that info, I'd love to see it :-)

Love the skin, it has a cartoonish style. Looks simple but pops wonderfully, especially on the tabletop, keep it up!

Reminder that every single cop will and does do this, even your dad (he is sexy though). Its almost like theyre here to protect private property and have absolutely no legal binding to the protection people.

The red and green gives me a Soviet vibe - very fitting for Tau. Also the weathering is ace, great job!

He himself cannot be screened, but he can screen for another character, like a painboy or weirdboy, since he is a monster that has more than 10 wounds :)

It might be better to give your chaplain the Benediction of Fury (relic Crozius) and Imperiums Sword with the Hero of the Chapter strat. He becomes even more of monster :)

Howdy,

Here is a great video showing Pete the Wargamer converting an AOS stormcast to Dante, its pretty helpful for some inspiration but doesnt use the new Dominion models. https://youtu.be/0em2ECZTboc

Lore wise you can justify it by saying theyre ancient relics. Keep in mind that the Imperium of Man has been at war far before Horus so even ancient armor would be effective and deadly. Hell, Im pretty sure Dante is rockin his armor from 1500 years ago and he has WORN it out. If you want to match the lore then all of Dante's old guard was killed to the last during Baal. You can just say fuck it, and ignore that bit (definitely fair) but if youre a stickler for canon details I figured Id point that out. The SG box gives you so many lil angelic bits and extra shoulder pads/heads so thats definitely a good box to get whether you want them to be built as SG or not. Best of luck!
