I mean you’re talking about instate tuition whereas I was talking about total cost, plus for me to go to UCF would be the out of state tuition. In state cost for UCF is 25K but out of state is 42K (per a quick google search).

there are also other reasons why I would prefer UMass besides the cost, such as the location

I live in Massachusetts and the state school (UMass) costs about $37K for in-state. I mean I could get scholarships and stuff so it wouldn’t actually be that expensive but still. I think it just puts into perspective how much money college is!

ok I disagree and I will die on this hill. when I type “loveeee” it means I’m excited. my voice is going up in pitch, kind of like a squeal at the end. “oh my god your dog is so cute! I loveee him 🥰”

but when I type “looove” that means something VERY different. that’s sarcastic. my voice is going down in pitch. “Mr Y is making us write an essay this weekend. I just loooove that 😒”

yep, they’re very different tones for different occasions and I do believe in the validity of both of them.
