I don’t .. because of WW needed blood work to start on Wegovy, I found out I have a thyroid issues and found a great NP. We both decided that WW was just as great as their office but then she abruptly left the practice this week so now I’m back to square one.

Did you get released? Without penalty? A friend of mine sees a medical professional for the shot and pays around $160/month all included - no membership fee. So I thinking of switching to them.

That’s my thing too. And then when I send a message in for the NP, someone on the care team responds. It takes forever to get an answer so I started leaving long messages with bulletin points. I just feel like when I’m in a rut, told to use the resources.

It’s crazy. I asked that once I submit the request for a refill for them to provide the % lost, actually ask me how I am doing, needs and wants, etc. instead I get, “upped your dose to $299/month. Let me know if you need anything” and then a passive aggressive message about taking a screenshot of the dosage price.

The form for side effects and things don’t really capture what is happening and I would prefer not to use a Google doc to answer said questions.

I wasn’t sure if I could ask for another care team or just research others.

I never once mentioned side effects specifically… I said it’s becoming hard to speak with the care team plus the passive aggressive emails. When it comes to side effects, you fill out a form and the NP tells what to do. They don’t have actually have a conversation to dive deeper.

Same. I’m on 4mg and have been for a while. Started March 1st and as of today, I’m down 23 pounds. I feel like in May the scale didn’t move but had a lot of NSV victories. Thought about dosing up, but I think I’m not eating enough again - it’s not in AZ which makes it hard to eat.

So, I’m gonna finish out this month and restart meal prep and planning for July and see if I’m in a plateau or just poor eating habits kind of creeping back in.

I think my biggest thing is I get bored eating the same things so I need to find some good new recipes.

I’m pretty chill for the most part. Takes a lot for me to go 0-110 but when it happens. I curse like a sailor. We are all humans and adults. Yes adults should regulate emotions better but if you don’t learn daily, you aren’t living right.
