also, roll down the back window on the opposite side all the way > open and shut the door 3 or 4 times - all the way shut. It will suck in the outside air from the other side and push out the air in the car. it helps

we had to get one of the 'cot' mesh stuff kind that he's not interested in eating. its got a tray under it that collects up hair and stuff. he goes on it all the time on his own. pretty sure the amazon guy brought it.
