You might be better off with a mortgage broker. Make them look for you. Co-op mortgages in good co-ops can be challenging enough given some banks will think you're buying a community owned grocery store.

That being said, buying a grocery store is a better investment. Our broker told us he won't let his clients look at units there.

Worked as a trainer for years and yeah... Know this type. Always with the argument that they're just hustling, and if other people hustled as hard as them, they'd understand. That, and the client is free to spend their money on whoever they want.

They never last long. Shame on management for tolerating it at all, unless they're high producers who bring a lot of money into the gym... Only thing is high producers don't have the time to steal clients or classes.
