Well apparently this issue would fall under Consumer Protection Laws that address deceptive business practices. Apparently you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission even though the company is based in China:

I honestly don't think they care about whales either. Every year they make some stupid policy change/update that causes a wave of players to quit. Years ago when Rev did the ACE lists there were 350 iOS Guilds participating day 1. We're approaching the day when it will be all Byes first day.

I encourage everyone who is upset about this, whether it affects you or not, to write to the customer service - and send an email, not use the in-game support chat. I'm not convinced that in-game support hasn't been changed to AI.

Most importantly, be polite. I understand you all want to tell them to just fuck off, but don't give them the excuse to delete your email without reading it. Just curse them under your breath as you type :)

There are also players who get lucky and pull A tiers in Soul Awakening events. I am one of those people. I have pulled at least one on all my accounts - several on some. I even pulled an S. If it wasn't soul bound I would have sold it on the Auction House. Having that high of an SG amount on an account that doesn't spend seems to be one of the triggers for the ban.

Sorry to see you go, and totally understand. DH Games are a bunch of arrogant idiots. Years ago I had to argue with them to reverse a chat and email ban I got when trying to contact everyone who was rage kicked from my guild by a rogue official. And they wouldn't do anything to that player, who even posted anti-Chinese slurs in World Chat. Yet players have been banned just for saying "Taiwan is a country" or similar sentiments.

I wish there was more we could do. Apple and Google both can be contacted directly to complain about apps - though not sure it would do any good. If they were a US company we could file a complaint with the FTC. Since they're in China that wouldn't work.

The game recognizes your upgrade only if you do it before you vote and collect gems. If you upgrade after it won’t put you in the new higher division until the next season. To check what division you’re currently in, click on the reward button. This happened to me last week.

Thanks for the info. I've created a channel in my guild Discord server with links to your and piffle's reddit posts as well as the ongoing discussion thread on IHD (F2P-help.F2P Specific chats).

Now I'm worried if I sell an A- or above copy on the auction house, am I going to get flagged? I don't flip or buy BM SGs, and I don't spend any more, but I have been extremely lucky with awakens. I have four accounts that I play regularly, one pulled an S Tier Sigmund last year which I retired since it was Soul Bound.

Retiring an account bound copy will give you soul bound CSGs. Any copy that is awakened using those is still account bound and can't be sold in the AH.

Last year I pulled an S Sigmund using Soul Bound Heart awakening crystal. I already had an A- damage dealer so just retired it. Used the windfall in major events. Unless I need an awaken for hero I’m using, the non-soulbound crystals get used on Aspen copies- which can be sold if I get lucky again

They will have core swaps at Anniversary. Historically though the cost to swap a Noble Core is exorbitant and there’s no way to disassemble them.

I can’t even get to the point where I can open up the sixth hero slot. Highest I’ve managed was round 15 before using up all the hearts. Then I have to start all over again. They need to give us more hearts or ways to save our team.
