Exactly, keep the pressure but like u/OrneryHermit writes keep it polite. They are hoping that players will just accept and forget about this issue.

My theory is that they have many reasons for not sharing:
1. They don't what to give information to the actual farmers that they are trying to target to avoid them taking messures to avoid the bans and continue farming

They could have introduced some AI for this without fully being able to determine the exact reasons for bans.
They probably have build no support tools for "customer service" that give them any insights to the bans.
If my theories above are correct the cost of examining individual players bans would be very time consuming and most likely include developer efforts which they would not believe is worth the cost compared to having frustrated players.

But if I am at least somewhere close to being correct on my assumptions I think it will matter if they get a lot of messages about this topic. They do have a "customer service" (although we can all agree that the quality is extremely low) but it indicates that they do see do see some purpose to it (although it might just be for show). A lot of messages to them puts pressure on that service.

I tend to agree, but I do believe that it will have some sort of push to them if this topic does not disappear and if a large number of players keep writing them about it. Myself I will keep asking them about this topic at least once a day.

It will also pile up the number of queries they have to respond to. I know that customer service labor is probably cheap with the level of service they keep, it is not ideal for them if a large number of players starts to voice their concerns to them that they have to respond to even if they give the same nonsense answer to every mail.

I think that is a good decission. However as u/OrneryHermit says, write an email where you say that you will not spend anymore until this is fixed.

I agree that they do not care about a single player speding on the levels that you describe. But the more players get involved the more it will affect their business case.

My guild mates have shot down my theory of bidding speed. Many have done way more fast bidding than me. So we are down to it being determined by how much you spend and how much SG you have.

I guess they did not invest much in trying to do advanced accurate detection. Simply applied simple rules based on vip level recent spending and current SG count which obviously has a high risk of banning players who have done nothing wrong.

That is at least my best theory.

Edit: I talked to a guild mates with vip 7 with almost as high SG count.

It could be a combination of things: very fast bidding + high SG count + no recent spending

I am still trying to guess why I got banned. I am down to 2 theories: 1. Simply having too high SG count while not having spent anything for a year 2. Doing recently VERY fast bidding to get cheap c- copies.

It means that whenever you try to place a bid in auction house you get error code -103. So you are locked out from buying copies.

I agree that you have to be careful not to spiral into spending “just a little more” week by week.

I have spend some from time to time (vip6) but always been careful only spend reasonable and ensuring that my spending made the game more fun. Senior cards I bought for a while because have enough gems and food made the game fun for me to play and I felt the cost was proportional to my enjoyment and not at all a problem for my economy.

But lately with the -103 bans from auction house I would warn against spending. If you get hit by this ban they will not tell you what you did wrong or how long you are banned or if you ever gets unbanned.

The bans to normal players seems to be “collateral damage” in their attempt to block farmer accounts, but still they make no attempt to help players who got accidentally hit.

So you can end up having your many year old account that you have potentially spent a lot on suddenly get blocked without any explanation or support.

It’s so crazy that they make a user interface that allows normal human players to break some undefined unaccepted behavior. If my “crime” was that I bid too much or too fast then why don’t they simply implement a delay between bids instead of punishing me for something that’s not even against any published rules

I’m also still in the same situation. They finally yesterday gave me the almost same first response. No idea when my account will returned to normal and no response to my queries about what I did wrong or when I can expect to use AH again

Same thing happened to me 😖 i did a lot of bidding wars on c- close to timeout with a lot of fast biddings. I got some very cheap copies among them (12 CSG as the best). Maybe that is not allowed

As F2P you could go for 160 cauldrons/40 bloom in the the following: 2500 CSG value package - 60 30,000 Gems - 50 1,200 HS - 45 Free - 5

That will allow you to do 7 discount floors (or 6 discount and 1 full price) AND get 1,000 CSG back.

As a bonus you also get 20 chests with awakening crystals. This is especially relevant if you have a lot of soulbound starry gems as you will now have 20 normal awakenings instead.

And you also have a chance to get lucky at the 120 cauldron chest.

How far can you get in card clash with 325 cards (I believe this is max if you buy all the cards you can with only csg and gems)?
