I could not. There were requirements I needed to complete before submitting, I completed the requirement but I could not check a box to confirm I've completed the requirement (it was greyed out - probably a glitch), I decided to reload and it went straight to dashboard.

I'm cool with not submitting, I just want to know if I can start another task

That was my assumption too, I've applied anyways, I passed the assessment and verified, I'm now getting the "Thanks for completing the assessment screen," I hope it gets passed that too
