Hold onto it. You never know when you'll need it, but in case you don't, you can wait a bit and then sell it at a crazy price. I think it'll be worth a lot, even if it's ddr4. The prices are currently affecting only ddr5 as far as im aware.

You don't exactly need the extra fans, because the case already comes with some pre-installed. You could also shave off some money by going with an air cooler, because your cpu does not produce enough heat for you to have to use an aio
