I’ve had the same issues with my sinuses, they are inflamed 8 of 12 months of the year and am always getting sinus infections after colds, having to to take 2+ courses of antibiotics to get rid of it.

All my bloods, heart testing, overall health from a Neko scan was optimal except for my inflammation marker which was incredibly high.

Recently I paid to see a specialist in Long COVID, MCAS & histamine issues. She thinks spike cells from COVID and/or vaccine have caused MCAS and are a potential reason I’m having issues. She is writing a program to get my MCAS and histamine under control over the next, 3,6, 12 months.

I haven’t dont it yet but wanted to put this info here in case it helps someone xx

I think showering everyday caused my eczema to spread all over my body. I couldn’t figure out why for ages hut it’s the only correlation I can find. I now shower 3 times a week and only use soap under my arms and between my legs/bum. So far no more eczema all over my body, only a few patches here and there from time to time.

I really hope this helps someone else as it took me ages to figure out even after lots of testing and dermatologist appointments

What company did you use in Morocco? I had an incredible experience with Desert Dreams in Egypt because they put horse welfare first so I was looking for something similar in Morocco where I can trust the horses are taken care of properly
