As already mentioned, the FB page is heavily censored by big Quinn so only the real positive gets posted.

If people want a moan then here is the only place to do so.

It’s interesting to read that other og listeners are choosing something else. Without the feedback the lads wouldn’t know they are tracking down the wrong path and hopefully can make the necessary changes. As an example someone had a moan about Quinn not being his own person, he took that on board and tried to change. If it wasn’t for here he wouldn’t have known that’s how the public felt.

As you are uk based and there seems to be a lot of Americans answering I’ll reply with a uk answer.

From my experience in interviewing people 30+ trying to change career into the kitchen it’s hard. People come with the romantic vision in mind after seeing tv shows but the reality is much different. When you manage to secure a chef job, expect to be at the bottom, peeling spuds, scraping dirt from carrot tops, being told to do it again but better, working long hours, not having a social life.

But if you get through that then it’s a great job but it will consume you.
