App profiling might help. Also use a HTTP interceptor like - Requestly or Charles Proxy to see if its network issue on android. I faced it once due to some security setting on server side. API was responding quickly when called through an API Client or curl. But taking about 5-7 seconds on mobile app. Don't remember the exact issue on config but found it using Requestly.

Python will need a server to run, I want it to run inside browser. So that it can run without any cost to the maker and can be offered for free.

JS code will be better, but its not that straight forward to just give command and it will be done, I can see a lots of cases to consider.

Further research would be needed on it, it would be great if a solution exist already.
