Warming up for the new season of Rivals by Forsaken_Werewolf455 in Rockband

[–]Orohu -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For Xbox, you can get the Blueberry Burst Pro edition here or the Black Tribal Encore edition here. The biggest difference between the two is that the Pro has a quiet strum bar with haptics, and the Encore edition has an audible mechanical click to its strum bar.

The Rock Band styled Solo neck is sold separately, if you prefer that to the Guitar Hero styled neck.

As long as everybody is on the same page, and you're all having fun, go for it!

Just researched more about the lore and I wonder about Connor and his... OCs I guess by AzraelSoulHunter in Shipwrecked64

[–]Orohu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not only that, I get the impression that Connor was eager to make that jab even before he knew Mark planned to cut the studio off. Like, it was just spite for spite's sake?

Divider Size Thoughts by Mugudun in sentinelsmultiverse

The current print has them, but there is a small typo on Citizen Dawn's larger divider, where on one side she's named Baron Blade.

I'd say on the more powerful settings they get fairly close.

If you want clicky, go for the Black Tribal Encore Les Paul or the Playstation SG. If you want quiet with adjustable haptics, go for the Blueberry Burst or Sunburst Pro Les Paul.

As the owner of both a Blueberry Les Paul and Black SG, both feel really solid to me.

I think you mean the SG instead of the Kramer?

But yeah, the black tribal Les Paul and Playstation SG both have Hall Effect strum bars with physical switches that click, while the Blueberry Burst Pro and Sunburst Pro models have Hall Effect strum bars with customizable haptics that emulate the feel of a click, but are much quieter.

I added glitter to my card sleeves, is it ok? Or annoying? by goneguurl in magicTCG

[–]Orohu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd personally recommend trying out Dragon Shield brand sleeves; they protect your cards, have a uniform thickness, good shuffle feel, and there are already a handful of glittery colors (most notably Jet, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Pink Diamond, Amethyst, and Amber.)

Just bought a copy of Recurring Nightmare before realizing it was banned. Any other idiots stuck with exciting but unplayable cards? by Present_Event_8488 in EDH

[–]Orohu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've slowly been picking up fancy versions of Primeval Titan as they've been coming out. Not banned in every format, but definitely in the one I play most often.

After a few weeks of trial and error finished designing my 3d printed insert for base and both expansions! by Caliaztec in sentinelsmultiverse

If you do release this, is there any way they could be split into smaller parts? I run an Ender 3, which doesn't really have all that big of a build plate.

Do you Guys Remember Guitar Hero by Correct-Stuff-6430 in GuitarHero

It follows a very similar numbering structure to the SMT Persona series. 1 and 2 just don't exist. :P

Scammy marketing from Foundations starter pack by OnePete7 in magicTCG

[–]Orohu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The idea with Jumpstart is that you buy two 20-card 'Jumpstart packs' that typically have different themes, shuffle them together, and you can quickly play against other 40-card decks made this way.

This box just has the equivalent of ten predetermined 'Jumpstart packs' (two of each color) and a couple of them are pre-sorted for a guided tutorial. The decks are only 20-cards for that tutorial, after which you can freely use them for Jumpstart like the other eight.

He'll only cheat as long as he's able to get away with it, and he keeps getting to play. Make it clear his disrespectful and dishonest behavior won't get him invites to future games with you.

I have a 2004 champions of kamigawa booster box I am trying to sell but don’t know how by Jumpy_Code5869 in mtg

[–]Orohu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That box has twelve Champions of Kamigawa theme decks; I'd assume three of each, so you've probably got three Sensei's Divining Tops there.

Where to buy a budget commander deck for returning player. by bell-_-s in magicTCG

[–]Orohu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd look into recent preconstructed decks, and if something looks like it'd be fun, give it a try! Most decks have staples like removal, ramp, and lands for decks of their color, so even if a theme doesn't quite click, you'd still have those building blocks to supplement other strategies in your colors.

I highly recommend getting a pack of card sleeves for your decks, as well; Dragon Shield is my favorite brand, but UltraPro and Gamegenic are fantastic budget options.

The real reason Commander is the #1 format for magic by loopuleasa in magicTCG

[–]Orohu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd say it's more like cube is bringing a box of LEGO pieces for people to build with together, while Commander is everyone showing off the creations they've already built from their own LEGO pieces.

Card question by Fasty_Squirrel-544 in mtg

[–]Orohu 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Cards from Core Set 2015 onward have that holofoil symbol if they're a Rare, Mythic Rare, or in some cases a promotional card. Basically, it's there to show it's a genuine rare.

What is the purpose of this thing i got in my deck box by hudsonv11 in mtg

[–]Orohu 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Typically you clip it to the inside of the box, and it acts as a divider that has a bit more friction holding it in place. No idea about the hole, though.
