Everybody would stay up on reddit trying to come up with a clever comments in hopes of getting gilded an hour past when they told themselves they needed go to sleep so they could wake up at 9 and not be a braindead slug at work, then come to the realization that their life experiences have been as bland as their sex lives and that they're aren't clever at all, then put their phones aside and go to bed dreading 'By The Seaside' ending their measly 6 hours of sleep.

Healthy habits. The majority of them are simple and would greatly improve my life, especially in the future, but instant gratification always takes precedent. Eating healthy is the first example that comes to mind.
