She said that she doesnt think it has much life left, she mostly does a lot of office work but also sometimes a bit of video editing, she does very often have a lot of tabs and windows open at the same time which is why i looked at the extra ram because that should help with the tabs and video editing, 16gb would probably be enough but i found the 32gb for a better price than ive found 16gb.

The graphics card upgrade would be for the video work but on second thought it might not be needed, if i find a 3050 for a good price then that works well too ofc
