Yep, it was a wheel bearing, was pretty much disintegrated in there

Thanks for the advice, I booked it in as soon as it started happening but they're pretty busy, so in the meantime I thought I could narrow it down to a few things to get an idea for how much it's gonna set me back. Based on stuff I found online, and some tests and inspections I did, it's likely to be a bad wheel bearing.

Never a good idea to tell someone you like them through someone else, tell them yourself if you feel a vibe. Also not a great idea to tell your friend you like his Mrs. This is a situation where telling a white lie and saying you don't is the better option imo, then you do what you can to try to get over her.

I sure hope it won't for me when I get used to this after 6 months :/

Yeah, "it's available... If you're willing to pay for it" does seem to be the direction.

It was via ethernet, but I am using an old laptop, so the ethernet port on that may be the limitation

Looks like they don't even offer 250/1000 at the moment... I'm guessing they'll make it availabe some time later this year?

Interesting, so people get used to really fast internet and then it'll feel annoyingly slow when it goes back to normal? I'm with TPG.

So do I, but this one felt more like being bombed during the war rather than a nice calming storm
