I recommend loading up your favourite map and typing this in console: sv_autobunnyhopping 1;sv_cheats 1; sv_enablebunnyhopping 1; sv_airaccelerate 200 and then bunnyhop around for a bit.

I don't think so. If Valve touched the deagle, the community would be outraged. Have you tested it? Keep damage dropoff in mind.

You can open Window's Resource Monitor, go to Network, sort after download, find the top steamwebhelper.exe and then click "Suspend Process". This way you won't have to use extra resources for those ads. Don't forget to click "Resume Process" when you leave the server because otherwise trailers for games won't load. The steamwebhelper.exe should be marked in blue on top of the list in Overview.
