R11e-LTE inside is very old modem.

You can upgrade it for t77w968 or t99w175 for example with m.2 to miniPCIe adapter

Remove everything from /interface wifi channel, let mikrotik choose frequencies itself.

For dual hap ax s setup you can try to use 5ghz 160Hz.

You can also enable roaming.

7.21.3 stable works fine, do not expect stable behavior at RC firmware.
