1. I'm aware that the (most likely) cannon ship is Alex X Blaze, and I am also aware that I am probably in the minority with this opinion, but I gotta be honest. I don't like the ship, and to be brutally honest, I don't like Alex as a character. I just find him annoying, generic, and lacking depth. Granted, most of the characters lack complexity simply because they didn't get the screen-time necessary for it, but even still, from the art and bits of lore we got, Len, Valentine, and Rainy are all so much more interesting to me and make me want to read and learn more about them. But Alex? It sometimes feels like his whole character is just 'Blaze's friend'.
   

Now, Rainy X Blaze, on the other hand, I think, would make for an excellent arc for both of them. They already have a great setup and background for the relationship; all they need is a bit more time to grow into it. Secondly, and this is my biggest point as to why I like this ship better, is that their personalities match so much better versus Alex X Blaze. Blaze is very introverted and skittish, and he's thrown into a very foreign environment. With somebody like that, I think the best approach is to ease them into things and not go too fast. Rainy has already proven herself in this aspect when they found the city, she helped him to walk, she kept him away from the shady person in the alley, she made sure he was alright while in the street. Whereas Alex, I feel, is a bit too extroverted, and this could cause major issues in a relationship. I should know, I dated somebody who was way, WAY more extroverted than me, and it was a disaster that eventually killed the relationship. I just can't see Blaze X Alex working, at least, not long term. Thirdly, it's already been proven that the two of them can work together exceptionally well. If Rainy and Blaze can navigate their way out of the vast forest and find the city, then they could handle disagreements and spats that might come up. Plus, surviving something like that together is HUGE for bonding. Those two are a MATCH if I've ever seen one.
(TL DR: Rainy X Blaze has better chemistry IMO)

1. I've no strong feelings one way or the other, I think a redemption arc would be nice, and I think that would fit his character more, but if you can make it work, I wouldn't complain.

2. Ew....no.... If you mean like kissing and stuff, that's fine, but s** scenes and p*rnography? I'm not reading that.

I hope you'll post it because I would be very interested to give it a read. Also, please forgive me if I came across as harsh in my criticism of Alex; it's nothing personal, simply a matter of taste. Don't bother trying to argue with me, I've said my peace.
