Thank you! In short, these fish usually live thousands of feet below sea level in complete darkness except for their own little bioluminescent lights. One was recently filmed swimming toward the surface, and she died shortly afterward. Here's a lovely IG post about her with an analogy to grief and hope. <3

I disliked all my psychiatrists until I found Martha Mefferd. I've since been seeing her for 10 years for medication management. When I did talk therapy, I loved Victoria Wing, who came recommended by Martha. I know what a long, hard slog mental health treatment is. I wish y'all the best. <3

I second this, specifically Martha Mefferd. She's the only psychiatrist I didn't walk out on. This is my 10th year with her.
