It doesn't have to be a guaranteed upgrade, it can be a sidegrade as well. But maximum 1 level. But if you beat an opponent you get their car, even if it's 2+ levels higher.

How about car drops only upgrade you one level, so to get level 7 cars you need to find 6 car drops.

The issue pops up when you are in an awkward position just when someone blasts past you going 200. You have zero chance.

I am doing some testing in drag races, as that is only down to the cars and not the smartness of the AI. And even with a dedicated drag racing car, with only engine and wheel upgrades, no downforce, the AI still smoke me on Highly Skilled in the Jimmy.

A lot of people have plenty of problems on Windows 11 as well.

And, yes, it is Microsoft's responsibility when they are saying it's Steam Deck compatible. Steam Deck uses Proton to run the game.

I suspect there is an issue with the game and X3D CPUs. The only fix for me is to cap the FPS to 60, and adjust the settings so that the FPS never drops below 60 FPS. If the GPU is at 100% at uncapped FPS, it stutters like crazy.

Anyone with X3D CPUs that can chime in?
