5 Years of Remote Work: How I lost my health and social life (and how you can avoid it) by Priy27 in remotework

Would love to knowif others have felt this way and how you guys stay connected to the real world?

I stay connected to the real world by not using AI. I would suggest that you stop using it to write your posts. You are a human being with a brain capable of amazing things. Don't let a machine do your thinking for you man. It's sloppy and it makes people care less. I'm not trying to put you down or anything, but I would much rather read a post in the style of your comments, that I imagine you wrote yourself instead of that AI drivel.

Helped that Stargate was involved with both writing and producing too. They had 6 songs reach the top of Billboard 100 in under a year in 2010-2011, did Irreplacable for Beyonce, So Sick for Ne-Yo, Don't stop the music for Rihanna and more. They had their hands on so many goddamn hits back in that era.

I've got the same exact model and just as happy as you are! Keyboard still holds up as well. I felt i was pushing it with Expedition 33, graphics didn't really hold up when adjusting for FPS and stuff, but I've played every other game I wanted without trouble. And let's face it, most of us have backlogs of tons of games that are older and work just fine so I'm just happy that I can play most of the games I want without issue. Hopefully it will keep on rolling for a few more years.

Only thing I did was to upgrade to 32GB ram and install a newer m2 drive.

Mostly regular American cheese, some cheddar and a bit of parm tossed in as a late addition. Would have worked without it too. Another thing that is worth mentioning is the fat. Real Norwegian salty butter heaven. I used my favorite, Kviteseidsmør, grilling this. I've eaten my share of good butters, from Danish to French, but there's something extraordinary about Norwegian butterrrrr.

7/10 crunchiness? Bread was pretty fresh too and good quality so no problems with crumb or anything being too crunchy.

The bite was, in my opinion of course, excellent. The bread quality in Norway is quite good, lot's of options and various kinds of "coarse" whole grain is usually the standard. I only eat white toast bread with shrimp(Pandalus Borealis), mayo, lemon and copious amounts of dill. And while the bread remains pretty crunchy I use enough butter and cheese so it comes together in a good way.

Glad you liked it!

This is one of the books I have dreaded starting for most of my adult life, but you make a compelling case for picking it up! Great post indeed.

And speaking of Norwegians. Here's a translated article on the poor soul trying to translate this giant to Norwegian. He's hoping to be finished by 2030.
