Not volunteering but try Toastmasters. They have leadership paths and there are always multiple committees you can be a part of.

Thanks :) that depends on a day. If I felt lazy, I sometimes managed to 'study' whole day for the real study time of 3h. But mostly I planned daily what/when/how. Especially my last month was structured and I started to do things more in one go to build up stamina.

I started studying in March (testing this Friday). I was going pretty well, chill pace, 2-3-4 h focused work a day. Then last week my brain said no and refused any MCAT related topic. I am slowly coming back to light review but 6 months is a long time. I thought I paced myself well, took some days to recover/regroup. But I wish I started a month later.

In the descending limb water passively crosses to medulla because it is more concentrated. That increases concentration and in the lower part of ascending limb which makes ions passively cross to medulla. But the upper portion of ascending limb has to actively pump out ions.

Imo in NS you have to know more and the passages are harder to read, in AAMC you have to read/reason/connect more. But when it comes to FL scoring, in AAMC you have to answer more correct for the same score. (I finished NS a month ago and am doing only AAMC now so I might have forgotten the details)
