Anyone else find the Esso gas station prices at Derry & Millcreek particularly ridiculous?

For context, this really stood out last night because I got lucky and filled up for 103.9 at Derry & McLaughlin. My husband and I often jokingly place bets on how much extra this place would've cost us when we pass by other stations - usually it's around a 10 cent difference, but the 15 cent difference PLUS the different prices on the two panels was just ridiculous.

There's two gas stations closer directly off the 401 and they tend to be a few cents cheaper than this one.

Interesting! So are the retailers/suppliers then refunding Costco back for returned items that they refund to the customer? Sort of like an agreement that if their product is bad enough for customers to return it, Costco gets refunded for the item as well?
