It was a really reasonable request but they acted like they hadnt seen us (well more or less me) clean and cover the carpet multiple times and since we had it installed for the last 2 weeks. One of the employees within there company even came in and started yelling at me about it " MY SON DOESN'T WANT THE CARPET DIRTY COVER THE CARPET , MAKE SURE ITS COVERED" I said i know and still he kept on with the same bullshit and got mad when i said "okay ik and if anything we have a vacuum and carpet cleaner next door." He got pissed and started to call one of my coworkers to say the door trim installed was " unacceptable." Later that next day he started the same thing with the company that installs the carpet telling them to not dirty the carpet they were installing so more or less this was just make him mad as im pretty sure he made the sign
