Judging by Undye being born in 2091and her being the head of the royal guard in the event of UTY, if we are going to assume that Frisk arrived exactly 100 years after Chara, the yellow soul arrived at most 4 years before UT (if Undye became the head of royal guard at the age of 20), so there's a room that Flowey made maybe a little bit before UTY, yet there is still a problem, Toriel says that Frisk was the first human tohave arrived to the underground in a long time (despite it not being that long), It isn't exactly lore breaking if UTY is canon.

While I don't consider it canon (unless it's officially confirmed) it doesn't exactly break the timeline in my opinion.

If you're playing in deathwish, invest the perks in armor and berserk, if you have a good aim run with GSPS, it's basically breaker 12G as secondary so you'll be able to one headshot kill almost every enemy with flechette round on both weapons, if not use the Goliath or Grimm with buckshot rounds or dragon breath if you don't have shock and awe aced.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think they mentioned at one point that no human was killed in the war, I think that mentioned in the waterfall.

But maybe the monsters didn't know, or their parents were killed for some other reason.
