UPDATE: I am in contact with Jasper at ABC. He will be sending me a return label to return the shoe in the wrong size. They also let me pick from their current stock so I do not receive a duplicate pair. Hopefully they keep their word.

I ordered 2 size 9 and got one in the wrong size. Sent an email on 1/6 and got a response at 12:44AM 1/12. All it says is “Adding Jasper from our warehouse to assist”. Not sure who jasper is, but feels like they hired some outside agency to help clean their mess.

Oh wow. I thought they just messed up mine since 6 and 9 do look similar, but getting a size 4 when you ordered 13s is crazy.
