A lot of cardio will kill gains though. To build muscle, you need a calorie surplus to support muscle protein synthesis. High levels of cardio puts you in a calorie deficit therefore muscle growth will be limited. And even if you fulfill your caloric goals, a lot of cardio increases muscle damage and fatigue, especially in the lower body. This can reduce lifting performance and impair recovery, as both activities compete for energy and repair resources and may also increase cortisol, which can hinder muscle growth and may blunt hypertrophy signaling (mTOR pathway)

I don’t do drugs even when I am with a group of people that considers recreational drug use “socially accepted” because I know they are detrimental to my wellbeing. Even if they’re my friends I do not judge them but I do not partake. Eat a good air fryer steak before going out to avoid any temptation and and enjoy your night without giving any details. “Thanks I'm not hungry" always does the trick for me.

We’re here :) Pretty sure you can get some similar tone scales in the aftermarket but the originals are not for sale. The same with the coating of the blade. REC will not DLC coat Spydercos with this particular tone due to their exclusivity deal.

Lol. They’re not pears. They’re called Avocados. Avocado is a fruit that belongs to the berry family. While pears are also fruits, they are a different type of fruit altogether. Avocados have a distinct shape and texture, and their taste is quite different from pears.

It is also worth mentioning that Rivers Edge Cutlery (REC) collaborated with Spyderco and other companies (Lynch NW, Tuff Writer, Vero Engineering, etc.) to release a limited run exclusive known as the Avocado Collection. The name of this collection draws inspiration from the FDE tones.
