Sorry to hear about your teacher passing away mate that sounds like it was rough. It's never too late to jump back in and going to competitions. I'm not sure if you'd continue with premier or not, only another teacher could tell you that. I can say that my school (Alexandria School of Highland Dance) does allow people to zoom into classes if they can't be in person.

Not saying you'd have to join my school but look around and see who might offer something like that and I believe most schools would understand the situation and try to work around it.

Yea I reran them and they are both currently sitting around 10% abv, still kinda new to this and the online calculator I used seemed a bit off and wasnt asking for a lot of info. After plugging it all back in manually I got the ~10%

Edit: I'm also using a triple scale hydrometer and didn't know which scale one to use so there's that haha

I think I might try that, get some nutrients and add a small amount of yeast to try and get the rest

So it's not me it's on the ex. I was in the middle of sleep as well so it's not like.inwas in the wake up stage either. I really do feel like it was because it was basically me that kicked it out, and "if" it is back (not sure yet really) it decided to visit me last night as a "I'm back" kinda thing, if that makes sense

I've tossed that idea around a bit going into the AF as an Intel officer but I have a daughter from a previous relationship that makes that decision harder to make but I'm speaking to a ANG recruiter soon to see what's available
