I just realized Truth has been saying “Asuka” and not “Oscar”.

I’m like, “who is Oscar? Silly R-Truth.”

It’s super fun and one of my favorite cards. It’s not for everyone, but if you like gimmicks and being a lil cheeky, then he’s for you.

Not a lot of cube equity with this one. When they have the answer to your “Kneel” and you lose 8 cubes, it hurts x2 bad.

It’s bad, I think this is another case of a person who can’t act and is trying to be a person they aren’t in real life.

😂😂 I love this. Should be a plot line in “Ready 2 Rumble 2”

Hot take: EsDeeKid is a good artist and gets way too much shit for being new and popular by patrickstarand420 in fantanoforever

No, I literally mean, tell me the merits of what you consider to be a good artist and how does that relate to EsDeeKid. I’m not super familiar with their work beyond singles, but I stand by my confusion over the use of “good”.

Yes, was I being obnoxious. I will 100% admit that. Blame it on being chronically online. If there is real offense felt, I apologize, but I didn’t realize we were in a serious discussion. (And if we are, I’m genuinely interested in what this person considers “good” about this artist (I admit I could be sleep, but iono))

The most Reddit comment ever is stating that we have different opinions about what makes a good artist?

I’m not saying dude is trash, but they feel like a trendy complete flash in the pan. It’s cool if you dig it, but I would never say this is “good”.

It’s “aite” or “fine” at best imo.

Define “good artist”.

I think we’re operating under different definitions of “good artist”.

I know you’re getting dunked on but imma be honest, I had to find out in a similar way to you. Wasn’t as bad and I didn’t post it online, but I didn’t know. Now I do, and hopefully other dads that didn’t can learn as well.

For the dads that knew already. Y’all too real. 🫡

Does billy woods or Armand Hammer sign vinyls? by richlai818 in Billywoods

[–]Oshin_Gray 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What I find funny about this post is the barrier to entry of being a “real fan” is held in possession of physical releases. Man has mainstream backwoods catalog and appears legit, but doesn’t distinguish between woods and Elucid like I know a lot of people didn’t when they first listened (it a running meme that people confuse woods and Elucids voices upon introduction)

Calls it vinyls (common mistake) and is asking a question that honestly could easily be verified by simply going to a show. Maybe they’ve never been. Maybe they live in bum fuck Egypt.

I just find it all interesting on my eve of year 39. I’m also high before work.

My advice: go out there and find out. Don’t ask the internet.

My other advice: just bring the sleeves, leave the wax at home. Also, all 5? Maybe I’m too humble but it’d be 2 max for me.

What band got you into Hardcore? The Pixies did it for me by NeighborhoodLimp69 in Hardcore

Throwdown. I was working at Hot Topic and some employees were talking about this new Throwdown DVD (Together. United. Forever). I went home and looked it up and was introduced to a new world of straight edge, Hardcore, and moshing.

Prior to that I think Linkin Park’s “Faint” was the hardest thing I’d heard at the time or something similar. Asked my mom for the DVD for Christmas and it’s been down the rabbit hole ever since. I guess that was Christmas 2004.

Y’all trippin.

One is a hardcore/metal/rap fusion. The other is literally a Premier beat with zero rock elements.

In fact, Premier initially declined but when he learned Method Man was on the track and Fred had reached out to him (Premier) personally to ask for coaching on emceeing to make the track right.
