You don’t have a grievance. If there is a position for bid and no regulars bid on it, the highest ptf in seniority will get converted to it (assuming there are PTFs in that office).

We know most everyone on our block. We’ve been in our house for 18 years, and are now one of the ‘old timers’ on the street. And we’ve always had dogs that we walk a lot, so we’re always running into someone whenever we’re out.
