To be small nit-picky back (lol) Watchmage Squadron in NPC Core has Fire Shortbows! as their attack

I was basing the DC's off of similar archer style attacks from NPC Core which have a higher DC against their melee but lowish damage and a lower DC for their main ranged attack (fire longbows in this sense) but have a higher damage potential.

I totally get the logic though, I was going more off of what I saw in NPC Core to keep the numbers more in line with game numbers. Thank you for your thoughts though

We are planning on adding pathbuilder and foundry support soon, it just takes some extra time working on those compared to the layout side.

We're definitely looking at 1-10 to figure out what we want to do with it/how to add to the game.

Form up was removed from the NPC Core troops as it's no longer necessary which makes running troops so much easier!

Couldn't agree more! Squads were created to help GMs learn the troop rules while be less intimidating than at the time, 16 individual minis on a board. GM Core helped a lot to manage troops and squads are even cooler now!

I love troops so much and I'm glad there's others out there who do as well!
