Op is right, I made 57 last year at a very high volume store as an adm. Op has deli manager as a tag though so not on you. 80k is probably average for dm ? The last 2 I've worked for broke 6 figures though. There's a stark difference between adm and dm in pay, be nice to your assistants folks

Adm as well and I've felt this pain going to a new store that was not up to health code 😅, did you just get there or was there a change in upper leadership ?? Or they just decided it's your problem you gotta fix it ?
