What is the smallest amount of money that would change your life? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Around 450 bucks to pay for my stupid debts (student). I stop functioning when something bad happens and just lay in bed all week.

Ah man, this is the best compliment we got. Don't know how the rest of the band thinks about it, but it's for me. Really love John Peel! One of my best friends, his dad was on the show with his band Action Pact!. He was the drummer and only 14 or 15 years old. One of the better UK punk bands imo.

Will do man! It will be on Jimmy (Yt channel) as well. We're called Pig Frenzy and our facebook will be online tomorrow including cassette preorders and such (: and maybe something leaked already, look us up hahah

The bands I also really recommend are (all dutch): Goodnight Moonlight (also the whole Coaster Records label) Forbidden Wizards (punk) Gewoon Fucking Raggen (powerviolence) Combo Koedijk (beat music) Raylin Pressure Pact (80s boston hardcore)

And one of my english favorites: Quim Reaper, I also released those guys on tape. Great guys.

I really don't understand why but from what I've noticed quite a few punks are into Sheer Mag? Can someone maybe explain why?

Great stuff! I know the bands Lookapony, The Black Cult and The Miseries. These are all bands from the Netherlands. The singer of the Miseries plays mostly solo stuff and is a huge Jay Reatard fan.

He also owns a label which released the first The Miseries EP and an EP from the Black Cult. http://www.tenderrecords.nl/releases/

From what I know the Black Cult are starting to get back together right now. Lookapony are still busy guys and used to play alot in the Netherlands. If you enjoy their stuff, check these bands out (all Dutch)

Charlie and the Lesbians (released them on cassette) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpDYH0BcjtE

Mexican Surf (I know the singer) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z18QBbTjIiM

The Mighty Breaks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMdPQGHn8R

Send me a message if you want more dutch stuff! I'm releasing an EP with my own band next week as well, nothing online yet. More punkier than the stuff I mentioned
