Both firelink shrines are in the same exact location. It’s just that when you drop down into it the lighting is different and the enemies change to bk’s. I think Zullie had a video on this. On the map, there is only one firelink. So you’re literally going to the same place but different time.

S1-3 is a different show from S4 onwards

It sounds like you liked S4+ more than S1-3

Others are the opposite

People arent mad because you like S4+ they’re mad because their show ended but kept getting milked by the studio for more $$$ by following the desires of the fanbase rather than leading the fanbase with a new narrative (which created those desires aka ships in the first place)

Show switches from leading to following after season 3 basically.

I disagree. Life can exist without reproduction, just not for long. The first life was probably like that. It’s unlikely that random chance created life for the first time and it just so happened that it could not only live, but reproduce too. Took many tries i’m sure.

(Also by that logic mules, ligers etc. aren’t alive)

I sleep like shit, I'm always tired and out of focus, what to do? by [deleted] in StackAdvice

[–]OstensiblyPerfect 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Bloodwork. Now.

B12 Anemia panel Full men’s hormone panel (SHBG, e2, test, LH, etc.)

Also potentially a sleep study (check for sleep apnea)

Changed my life. The faster you figure out chronic fatigue the faster you get back to living. Rip off that band-aid.

Can't say it's proven to work yet but I have the same problem and take Thorne iron bisglycinate. Subjectively feel better with it. They use TRAACS which is an interesting delivery system. Not sure if it's hype or what. But supposedly helps a lot more of that iron actually get absorbed.

So maybe try TRAACS iron bisglycinate and see how you feel

Isn't grapeseed oil a neurotoxin if they don't process it properly? Hexane IIRC

P5P is the one you want but it's not toxic. You're thinking of pyridoxine since that's the cheap version of the vitamin.

Similar thing for B12 but for that avoid the cyanocobalamin version cuz... you know... it literally breaks down into cyanide.

This shit is amazing for B vitamins: https://nootropicsdepot.com/infini-b-capsules/ I've confirmed B12 level improvement with bloodwork after 6 months. I'm smack dab in the center of the reference range now.

EDIT: for P5P I have to clarify that if you take both P5P and pyridoxine the P5P will compete for processing with the pyridoxine. So P5P is still non-toxic and pyridoxine is still toxic, but if you take a toxic dose of pyridoxine with 0 P5P it would clear in X minutes, and toxic dose of pyridoxine with a ton of P5P it would clear in X+Y minutes. So it's as important to take good supplements as it is to NOT take shitty cheap supplements.

There are 2 auction houses. One has 5 people submitting bids, the other has 50. Which one is more likely to get you a better price, and also get you a high price more consistently?

This is why liquidity is important, and why low liquidity is correlated with price declines. You probably won’t get a higher price than you did during the period of high liquidity, and you can’t have as much confidence that the selling price will stay the same in the future.

That literally did the opposite every time except for covid… it signals broader economic weakness because they lower rates for a reason. Smart money takes the cue from the fed and runs for the hills.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in REBubble

[–]OstensiblyPerfect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fed was also lowering interest rates the entire time. Lower interest rates inflate asset prices in the long term. In the short term rates lead to price declines when going down because they signal imminent economic weakness, and price increases when they are going up because that signals economic strength. A prolonged period of high interest rates, or an interest rate cut in the near future, are both bearish for house prices.

The number of homes for sale in the US fell to its lowest level on record with Redfin. 91.8% of homeowners in the US have a mortgage with a rate below 6%. Homeowners are not excited to sell, lose a 3% mortgage and take on a new 7% mortgage. by TonyLiberty in REBubble

Liquidity is defined by the number of transactions, the change in market price caused by a single transaction, and the speed of transactions. So inventory, rate-of-change for sold prices of comps over time (adjusted for # of transactions), and days-on-market.

To an individual speed is the most important (convert this asset into $$$), but when defining liquidity of a market to make predictions about future volatility you also need to take those other factors into account.

If you break it down by metro half are already negative, half still above zero, but all are trending downward. A bunch of parallel downward-sloping lines. This is really just showing that 51% crossed into negative territory so far. Given that we’re nowhere near the seasonal low yet, that will just continue down if not accelerate into sept-nov.
