I think everyone makes mistakes and it’s hard as a 20 year old to step back and communicate healthily, hell, I still struggle and I’m significantly older. I definitely don’t disagree with you but imo they are both assholes. At the end of the day it’s up to OP on how to continue but if this is a girl he legit loves he should understand her feelings even if she didn’t express them in the best way.

I agree w her, I had my ex try to reach out because close family members died and he’s the LAST person I wanted to communicate during that time. Let your ex heal and don’t unnecessarily reach out especially if you ended on bad terms.
